Chelsea’s background spans operations management, underwriting, and client advisory, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape—from internal workflows to complex risk placement. She has successfully led teams, negotiated carrier partnerships, and implemented scalable processes that enhance both client experience and operational efficiency.
Her expertise in condominium and community association insurance, combined with her leadership-driven approach, allows her to deliver tailored solutions that prioritize long-term stability, transparency, and value for clients.
Timothy Chapman, Co-Founder & Risk Advisor
Timothy Chapman brings a unique blend of sales leadership, operational strategy, and specialized insurance experience to Compass Risk Advisors. With over a decade of high-performance leadership in sales and business operations, Timothy has a proven track record of driving results, building strong client relationships, and developing efficient, scalable processes.
In addition to his leadership background, Timothy’s extensive experience in the insurance industry spans both early career and advanced roles, with a specialized focus on commercial and condominium association insurance. His expertise centers on risk analysis, market access, and structuring competitive insurance programs tailored to residential associations.
In the aftermath of major storm events, Timothy played a critical role in supporting communities through the claims process. He has personally facilitated and guided over 200 condominium flood claims following hurricanes such as Helene and Milton. Timothy worked directly with boards and community managers, adjusters, and carriers to ensure accurate documentation, proper coverage application, and fair claim outcomes. This hands-on claims experience provides him with a practical, real-world perspective that directly benefits his clients when it matters most.
